My mom and I were having a hard time finding a camera for watching our lambs give birth, until the manager Jake and an employee Tammi helped us with amazing service.

Staff has been very helpful each time we had a question or needed help. They have a nice selection of merchandise, reasonably priced. We will continue to shop at HF in Ontario and feel comfortable recommending it to friends. Its our experience that they provide friendly and helpful customer service. We used to go to Nampa and Boise to HF there. We've been able to find everything we need here, now,. So much easier and convenient. The only thing about it is, it's too convenient. We are spending more time at HF .... and grateful each time that they are here for us.

This is specifically directed to the Ontario, OR store. It doesn’t take three staff members to run a single checkout register. Two staff members, one of which was a supervisor, just stood there watching the other person help customer. All while there was a line forming. Terrible customer service at this store location.
