I went to the eagle store to replace a drill set that I bought from them, I had the receipt in hand and was within the 90day return period.the staff at the eagle store were very helpful and were going to replace the set no questions asked. They however didn’t have any in stock. So they called the Milwaukee store to see if they had one which they did. After driving up to the Milwaukee store I was met by Tony at the return desk who told me that they would not replace it until their tool repair had a look at it. When I explained to him what had happened at the eagle store he got an attitude so I requested a manager. He never called a manager but low and behold he could replace the drill set. He was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I will be shopping at the eagle store exclusively from now on.

I spoke with Home Depot about door installation on October 2 and prepaid $30 to have my door measured. After the door was measured, no one returned my calls about ordering the door. I finally got in touch with someone by going to the store on November 2 and paid for the door and installation in full with expected completion date of December 2. Since then they have repeatedly told me to expect the door to arrive in-store only to have the date set back again and again. It is now December 15 and they just left me a message that my door "might" arrive on Monday, there's a "50/50 chance" depending on holiday delays. Meanwhile, the weather has turned very cold, my old inefficient door is leaking cold air and I am out the extra bucks on my gas bill plus $1200 I paid a month and a half ago for a door I "might" get installed before the end of the year. Very, very disappointed. I would not hire Home Depot for this kind of project again. UPDATE: No one would even answer the phone in the door department on Monday. Cancelled the order. This was the worst customer service experience and they really didn't seem to care.

I always have a great experience coming to this location, staff are always so friendly and helpful. Today my husband and I had a piping issue and a gentleman named Craig helped us out so much with figuring out sizing, what kind of pipe we need, etc. and really took the time to help us as much as possible.

I recently had a few items to return from a finished project. Just 4 small extra unused items. 1 of the products was opened and the remaining 3 still in there original packaging. The 1 open product still had the original packaging with it though. I did have the receipt with me which I belive really aided in seamlessly quick and painless return and refund process. I definitely will be back for my next home project needs. I appreciate a company that not only provides the products, expertise and knowledge and of course courseosy and kind customer service to assist; but will also happily return and refund unneeded products according.

This Home Depot always has helpful staff, and usually has good stock on hand. I'd say this is an above average example of The Home Depot. I shop here regularly and have never had any issues with them.
