This place is nothing but a scam. Very cheap tools and they claim to have the best prices around which is faults I can find the same tools for cheaper than Harbor Freight. Their customer service at this location some days is good other days it's bad. I have cut my business ties with this company and will no longer buy any products from Harbor Freight. Considering that I just bought a Sawzall from them as a Backup Tool and that things is not work correctly and they refused to exchange it or do anything and want me to buy an extended warranty for the damaged product I have. Only a company myself that is very poor customer service across the board so I'm return really watch the type of products you buy from them and make sure you touch them before you buy them otherwise you get sucked into spending more money than you would have going to Home Depot Lowe's or any other hardware store to buy tools

Can't beat there prices on quality tools . Love this place for that hard to find tool you may only use once .

I've never been there nor bought anything from them, but I called them looking for something specific and the lady on the phone was VERY helpful. She got out the product that I was contemplating buying and read me info off the box. She even opened it and described the product to me. It was close to what I needed, but not quite. But the price was about 40 bucks cheaper than a similar product to one I had just returned to Home Depot that also wasn't quite what I needed. The lady gave me some advice on a possible workaround and she didn't make me feel like I was wasting her time. Overall, she gave me a good impression of how they do business there. Good customer service is hard to find these days, and they've got it.
