I have had the worst experience since purchasing a refrigerator from here a month ago. I specifically requested an ice maker be added, and hooked up upon delivery. When it was delivered, there was no ice maker to be found. I called and they said they would have it delivered and set up the next day. I took time off work, and no one ever showed up. I called to ask why I didn't get a delivery, and they chose then to tell me then that the ice maker was on back order and would be delivered next week and I would get a call to set up a delivery time. The next week came and went, and still no call. I had to call again to ask what was going on. I was told it wouldn't be ready to deliver for another week. One month later, I finally get the ice maker delivered. Except, they just handed it to me and walked away. I had to let them know that it was supposed to be installed. They proceed to 'install it' in fifteen minutes and left. Here I am a week later, and my ice maker hasn't produced a single cube of ice. During my multiple phone calls I have expressed my frustration to the management, expecting some empathetic response and yet was just ignored and told when the new delivery date would be. As a new home owner, I was expecting to be shopping at this Lowe's frequently. I will now travel out of my way, to go somewhere else.

The store is laid out different than every other Lowes so it's hard to find items. It also seems like several things are always out of stock as well as cart Corrals are always filled and the return lines are always super super-long. been to this Lowe's on multiple occasions and it's always the same story

I love going to this location.  I love that they are pet friendly so I can socialize my dog with people and the staff is always super helpful

Love the return policy here I never have a problem with them very fair. But the only problem here is that you'll ask a question to the workers and only 1 out of all 100 know what your talking about the rest just say: "I don't know" or ask another worker ? The workers here need to be more trained and the staff is very unhelpful. Other than that love this place.
