Great prices on cheap tools and lots of other useful things. This isn't the place to buy finely crafted, quality tools, it's the place to buy something that will get the job done for a fraction of the cost. And some items are still good quality.
You have to know what to buy here, and what's worth spending more on quality tools somewhere else. But for what it is, this place is awesome.

Not a bad place but today at the "PARKING LOTS" Sale, there was not enough cashiers so the line to cash out was long.   But most of the time when I go , the crew that is there is very nice and helpful...and the line moves well.

I have visited the HF in the Bronx they are the worst. The one in Bergen NJ has good customer service. But the one in Brooklyn is the best by far. The staff in Brooklyn are very friendly and professional. Well worth the travel!

Cashier do not care to help the customer. Manager not available on a busy Saturday noon. All employees wanted to go lunch. Nobody on the floor to help the customers.
