Every time I go into Harbor Freight I get good service and free product

Cashier vary loyal or stuid? Over ( tried to ) charged 14 of 21 items: 4 didn't :" know" price ( on cash register priced) & didn't "recognise" coupons from front door rack? BOTH GR & ASST. MGR TOOK OVER ( AFTER HE ARGUED/ PLAYED STUPID/ DID NOT FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS FROM :: MGR. A. MGR OR FELOW EMPLOYEES? I WHEN TO MGR. AT CASH REGISTER: HE GOT 20 OUT OF 21 BUT THE LAST ONE WAS : FREE WITH ANY. PURCHASE - I DIDN'T KNOW - & 20% OFF INGIRE ORDER/ SALE DURING THE LAST 2 HOURS OF THEIR :" BIG 3 DAY BLOWOUT SALE" ! OFFERED APOLOGISES BUT HAD TO STOP THE " other guy" FROM REMOVING ALL HIS:" MANAGER SALE ITEMS" not advertised or on coupons or on window signs! ( $1 to $10{ great buys,} on tables? Tried to put them away ( out of sight) the mgr. & A. Mgr. Had to intervene AND PHYSICALLY PUT THEM BACK( 11 BOXES ON 2 TABLES NEAR CASH REGISTERS?😱 GREAT MGR. & A. MGR, 3 EMPLOYEES AND ONE IDIOT MADE THEM ALL LOK BAD AND : LOSE CUSTOMERS!!!! ( ONE EMPLOYEE SPENT ABOUT 1.5 HRS I WAS THERE REPLACING/ ADJUSTING/ SWITCHING ALL THE PRICE TAGS WITH THE RIGHT ONES AND THE RIGHT COLORS? 😨 I WILL TRY ONCE MORE BUY: IF THE DIMWIT OR ANY ONES LIKE HIM IS VISABLE AND IN "AUTHORITY/ CONTROL" : I'LL FIND OUT THEIR DAYS OFF AND RETURN ¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥¥ OR NOT! Sorry Mike but but how vca the company force him on you?😭 You were great,in three places at once and 101% accurate and had ( my) questions on product prices and locations : memorized! Hoorah 4 you; SIR! How to see you soon and with TWICE OR THRICE THE SALE? 😉 FYI: BRING YOUR FLYERS, ADS, E-MAILS AND A WRITING DEVICE TO NEUTRALIZE A POSSIABLE WASTE OF TIME, CONFIDENCE, STRESS, OVERCHARGING AND HAVING TTO " TRAIN/ EDUCATE" THE UN-TRAIN/ UN- EDUCATED! IF THEY STILL EXIST?😲 TRY OTHER LOCATIONS : " UNTIL" IF NECESSARY TO ENJOY THE BETTER ENVIRONMENT, until! 🤢♡

Workable tools sold cheap. This retail as well as mail order outlet is a great place to visit by anyone who does repairs. Most items are reasonably priced although sometimes the quality is questionable. I have mixed experience here. Some super cheap items on sale weren't worth the low price and had to be discarded while others moderately priced ones have proven their worth.
