Very Helpful Staff all of them are good. There was a long line but was moving fast 3 cashiers were working even when one of them was away another one relieved her. The stock person was West Indian origin did not catch his name was very well customer oriented he was very helpful to me and other customers
La Verne the cashier was very very helpful and she was the reason why I leaving this good review to the store and the five star I thank you Laverne.
I live in Baldwin few minutes away from the store but it was my first time there and she briefed me professionally about the importance of membership which will save me lots of money as we go.
Very good store better than others especially Home Depot

Customer service doesn't exist in this store. The manager, Dave doesn't care if you have a defective product. I got a rotary tool as a gift and didn't have  receipt. All I wanted was an exchange, and he refused.

So I said if I buy another one, and return this one that's okay? He just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing.

Nope, I'll throw it out before I go to another Harbor Freight store for anything. 

I ended up getting another tool at Walmart that has more features for less money.

It"s a great store with a great staff, and if you use the coupons you won"t find better prices anywhere.  Keep proof of purchase like every grown man should,  and be patient you might live longer

I find this Harbor Freight to be the best one that I have gone to. Yeah there are times they need to open more registers when there are allot of people in the store waiting to get out. I find if I go early in the morning or late in the afternoon I have no issues. I pick out the stuff I need, go in the line and I'm out the door fast. Make sure you always use a coupon for a discount price and make sure you grab your free tool for every purchase...

Great prices on tools and other repair needs but the line is so long all the time. Never enough registers open.
