The customer service is not great. However, you will find a lot of nice things for a good price. Specially, things like detergents, cleaning supplies, soap, etc.

Poor service assistant. If you ask even the customer care service she won't answer well. Poor English communication. Some products aren't good. I bought a wine glass and it says glass but almost like a plastic.

Overall, this is not a bad store.  As stated in other reviews, product pricing can be a bit off. The price of some items give you a good deal, some prices do not. I like to come here if I need things like hand tools or painting supplies. If you're buying food items, check the expiration dates carefully. To prevent foodborne illnesses you should *never* eat anything from a dented can.

A best place to find things in cheaper price but won't expect that you would find good quality products. However, the computer/laptop repair inside the NWL is simply stunning, they are like magician, know the things very best. They also sale refurbished laptop and computer for good low price. I recommend everyone should visit the store.
