Well stocked and nice people. If you are careful about research you can get some amazing deals here. 
I love the stores but hate the corporate advertising. They compare their tools to Snap On and Milwaukee. I've been a professional mechanic for 45 years and They can't touch the professional brands or even Craftsman. 
But! For occasional use or something you are gonna use a few times you can't beat them. 
Never trust Chinese brands for heavy or dangerous work. They'll land you in the emergency room

The customer service was amazing, thank you to all including Chris Bates. Their team helped us achieve our goals and went out of their way more than any tool store I have previously been to.

Had to walk out line ran all the way to the back with 1 register and the ladies were very rude so just put the stuff back and left
