THIS is the WORST place EVER!!! We had a fire. Decided "Lowe's" is a great place to purchase everything we needed, right? WRONG~ While waiting for the contractors to finish painting.. we purchased everything for bathroom. We started out with purchases over $1,900 for the bathroom shower, tub, vanity etc. ...... it was tough to get help but we finally did. They loaded everything on a trailer. Next trip we purchased over $400.00 worth of wall plates for the entire house.. of course we ordered but paid up front. AFTER three weeks of waiting, calling and being told they would be in any day on 3rd week guess what??? They never ordered them... they took our money BUT never ordered the plates. WHAT?? How about accounting department people?? SO finally had order cancelled and we went to local place paid half the price and they were at our house in two days. THEN guess what this week the contractor was ready for the shower/tub and all.. guess what? The shower / tub doors were used! WHAT YES used, no instructions no hardware and USED! OH yeah and the vanity.. what crushed and broken inside the box... OH MY WORD people. So we had to return and purchase again. BUT guess what you can't exchange.... they have to credit it back to your card (which takes 3-4 business days) so they say. Which meant we had to pay again for the same items we purchased earlier. AND to top it off after driving to Lawton 120 miles round trip 4 times the service desk was HATEFUL and rude. An employee that over heard the exchange told my husband she was surprised he didn't lose his temper. Unacceptable people!!!

Staff is always so helpful. Lowes always has what I need at great price. Easy to exchange items as needed. Have done so several times because I bought wrong part or something like that. Not afraid to say Merry Christmas, in the season!

Didn't get the sales price on a set of cabinets. Customer service was less than happy about fixing and was not apologetic. I'll need to sit down with my receipts to figure out if they even got it right this time.

Went to Lowe's in Lawton, OK to purchase an over the range microwave. The young lady who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Her salesperson # 2207104. Keep up the terrific work!!!
