Very helpful staff, when it was discovered that one of their items was defective we were able to get a note from the manager saying that we could get it at the sale price when they replaced the item. It is harbor freight so it's not the place to get heirloom tools to pass on to your heirs. But you will be able to get good tools for a really low price that will do the job.

This place has affordable prices and a decent selection however a lot of the items are low quality and cheaply made. God forbid you have to make a return as they can't refund to credit / debit cards, and don't have cash in store to give you back for your purchase. Big hassle

If I need it they have it. Any time I'm on that side of town I have to stop by and look around. Always find something and go home happy.
