Always a long line everytime I go in here. The employees don't really care too about the rush. I will just go to walmart all together sometimes or go on Amazon. I rather wait 2 days than go here.

Great place to find affordable tools.  I suspect the quality is somewhat lacking in many cases, but if you are like me and you need a tool that you may only have to use once in a blue moon, than Harbor Freight is a good option.  Several years ago, I purchased a carpet dolly here for 1/5th what it cost at Lowes. Sure, it was a different brand than what Lowes had, but I have used mine for two moves, and I've loaned it out twice, and it's still like new.  Good place for gift buying as well.

I don't expect the quality to be top, but customer service is customer service, i called to try and get a replacement part and they were rushing me on the phone wile i was trying to ask questions, and just gave me an email to talk to which i still haven't gotten a response too still. Definitely need to reevaluate their customer service.

I am a 62 year old woman and I love this place because first of all I love their ads I love how cheaply you can get things I'm a crafter so lot of things that I buy there are for Minecraft and use. It is also good for well made store brand products and the wait staff is helpful
