Granite counter tops This would be 5 stars if just for the Carpereria staff. They were incredible, however, their contractor/installer was 3 hours late to start the job and I had to call to get them started... no contact from them. We signed a contract for work to begin Wednesday and complete Saturday.. Contractor tried to change date to following Monday and threatened to pull his workers if I didnt agree. I told them to leave. Carpeteria manager stepped in and "motivated" the contractor. Contractor measure 70+ square feet for job when two other contractors measured only 61 sq ft. AGAIN Carperteria manager to the rescue. While slow and not customer focused the contractor did a great job installing the granite.... you just have to stay on him....Thanks to the Carpeteria staff for running interference!

This is a family store. The owners there are also sale people and will go out of their way to custom order special products not offered by the big chain stores. Estimates are free and they also remove old flooring for nothing. Excellent service

The installer was professional and courteous. The installation is perfect. The customer service is terrible. Last friday I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday between 830 and 930. At 940 I called to inquire what was up and was told that since I live so far from town(15 miles from their shop) that they should be arriving any minute to call back at 10 if they are not there. At 1010 I called and told they would not be here till after 1100. At noon the installer arrived. How hard is it to schedule? How hard is it to keep the customer apprised of updated times? I was happy to pay the price of the products and I do not think it is too much to ask for timely service.
