On august 12 ,2017 about 6:30 pm, my son and I waited in line for a half hour only to have their register jam. The manager told us to wait for it to unfreeze. After 10 minutes of waiting, he decided to offer us a drink and cookies. I accepted. He went ahead and called the company for assistance. They verified the charge went through but did not generate a receipt. They wanted to charge me again. I asked him to verify the previous charge was cancelled. He said he would have to call the company again and all I had to do was call customer service. I left with no merchandise or cookies or a drink. Now I have the chore of calling customer service. He had more time to flirt with the employees than verify my refund. Such poor management.

Waiting longer in line than I did shopping. 15+ mins in line.... Ridiculous better off buying online than in store...

If you're looking for affordable tools this is a place to go and buy what you need to get the job done. Tony the supervisor was helpful

I normally come here with my dad whenever he needs to buy new tools and such, but I came here today on September 26, 2017 and I brought night solar lights and a rake for $ from this  cashier.

The manager  of this store is very rude with  customers , we returned a brand new tool which didnt work and not only he didnt accept but also yelled at us.
