Absolute garbage. This Lowes will never see my money ever again. I tried calling the lumber department, to ask about some particle board, and the guy who answered the phone was not only inarticulate but had the nerve to hang up the phone on me just because he did not want to answer the questions that I had. I called again and as soon as he hear my voice he hung up again! Absolute incompetence! So I went to the lumber department at the store and I swear, I had to go through like 4 people to just to find SOMEONE who knew where the particle board was because everyone kept telling me to go through different aisles where it was NOWHERE to be found. Then when I asked to have the wood cut, it took roughly 20 minutes for a worker to come by to cut it for me. Like... what? In short, the people that work here are incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and overall just unintelligent. But I guess that explains why they work at trash heap like this place in the first place. Don't waste your time here, save yourself the trouble, and go to home depot.

Very quick service today.My cashier was named Sean and he announced loudly that his register was open and i got there first.He was polite and asked if i wanted to sign up for a Home Depot card.I know Home Depot like the back of my hand.I stop in there about twice a week.Usually at another location though.

Worst. Service. Ever. Let me begin by saying that Lowe's 1-800 customer service line folks are great (5 stars to them, seriously), and have been trying to help me resolve this. It's this location that is horrible. We had to but a new stove. No big deal, hit Lowe's online, ordered stove. That's when the trouble began. 1. never got the call to set up delivery. I had to call CS, who told me there was a date set (without my input...), so set a delivery date to a convenient time for me (you know, the customer) 2. Delivery guys bring stove, get set in kitchen, I look at it and... it's the wrong stove. Black, not stainless, not to mention different brand entirely. Kicker, it was in the right box. Riddle that one for me, Batman. 3. Talk to store. "sorry about that. I'll try to get one on a truck tomorrow. What's a good time to call?" 4. Next morning - earlier than specified - store calls (to get me out of bed) to tell me they don't have one, but could give me a different one. No, I have a reason for ordering the one I did, so just deliver what I ordered. OK, we'll get one in 3-5 business days. 5. 10 days later, I'm calling the store, getting nowhere because the people in question won't take a call, always being mysteriously "away". Call main 1-800, very nice CS rep says "well, it's a discontinued model, and the store record says they gave you an equivalent model". Say what? News to me. But nope, I want my damn stove, the one I ordered, the one I could *still* go order on your website. CS rep calls store, and comes back to give me a ticket # that she submitted to the store directing them to call me because, the store would not take her call, either. I guess these guys just ignore everybody equally. CS Rep was not impressed with that, I can tell you. 6. on to the current day, no call from the store (shocked, shocked I tell you...), so back on with the main CS line. Once again a very nice rep intervenes, to find out that there is one (the newer replacement model for the one ordered, which apparently does not exist any longer (except on the website, where you can, you know, BUY IT...)) is on order from the warehouse to arrive next week. Given any other delivery is going to be the same timeframe (Amazon Prime, if you are listening, here is an untapped next day delivery market...), it's all rather a wash at this point. I may end up, finally, with what I actually ordered, but they've lost my future business to other companies.

I really appreciated the store having electric carts for people like me who have difficulty walking and standing for long periods. We are buying a counter top range and eye level oven and there was a lot of details to settle. Thank you for your customer friendly service.

Bought Christmas tree here and waited 20 min for help to wrap and cut tree, but dim witted employees couldn't figure it out. Lame.
