I applied for the monthly parking pass at this garage at the end of March under the notion that their monthly rate would be $97.50, as their website listed. When I went into the office on April 1st, I was informed that their monthly rate was suddenly $145, and that because I didn't pay before April 1st, I would have to pay their new price. I was never informed of this upcoming price change, nor told that I had to pay prior to April 1st to get the price I applied under. Further, their website still reflected the $97.50 price when I was in the office, and though I showed the staff members my screen with this price, and they disregarded me! I spoke to 3 different staff members and a manager, none of whom seemed to understand the basic rules of customer service or business. If you advertise falsely, it's common knowledge that you must honor that price. As per the reviews, it seems like another customer had this same problem....do not park here.

I've always felt safe at this garage and the fact that it's 24/7 and that you can always find a spot is great. Prices are more expensive than the Republic Parking garage (but that garage is waitlisted). The staff have always been nice and helpful.

Convenient, clean and inexpensive. Better for larger vehicles, much better than the garage adjacent to the station which seems like it was built exclusively for Mini's.

It's a good place to park if you are traveling in train regularly from Stamford. Parking cost is decent and monthly parking is also available. There is a connectivity directly from parking garage to train station with slight exposure to weather.

Awful, confusing design. It slopes from one level to another and not clear that you are parking on a different level than the nearest elevator access. Even when you note the location, can be difficult to find your car on return. Not enough signs at end of rows to indicate where you are. No guidance on how to get around to level and section where you've parked and very odd inconsistent exit pattern, including very narrow places to drive through to key exit points. Terrible access to NY bound trains. Again, nonexistent signage or guidance on getting to concourse and platforms. Addrd about 10 minutes to my commute each way because of location and long walk to train. The garage across the street from train station was much quicker and better designed. Have no idea why city planners adopted this design and location. Not well-thought out. Terrible job.
