Service was great. Had issues with plumbing and they were happy to fix and it was fixed. When towels we're shorted they gladly got us new ones in middle of night. Seems crazy but elevators were fast. Never waited for one. Can't say the same around other places in Vegas. As long as Vegas has facility fees as extreme as they are I will never give 5 star for a facility that charges these fees. It is excessive all around town along with the big city parking fees. Vegas used to be reasonable but is not now. Hrh has no parking fees right now but it is a few blocks away from strip and this is nice.

I love this place. You can listen to great music, watch the video from that time and feel good about the great music from your favorite bands. The special displays are great fun and interesting to look at up close and personal. Staff there could have been more friendly but the overall appeal was wonderful and shouldn't be missed when you come to Las Vegas. It's a little off the Strip which made it more appealing to me but could have the opposite effect I guess. A must see regardless.

The amount of amenities is fantastic. From casual dining to upscale, it can be found here. Of all the casinos this one in particular provides the most for the least amount of money. Whether it is taking in a show from raiding the rock vault, or at the joint with new and current bands, there is always something new to try. Not to mention for the ladies that a Magic Mike show has residency in this casino as well.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was an average to pleasant stay. The front desk needs to do a better job of answering the phone. Out of the 10 times I've called they answered once. The other times I had to go around the back end and call room service or the operator to speak to someone. When was very clean and decorated nicely; I enjoyed the shower, but I wish I would have known I didn't have a tub. I like the fact that centrally located.

I took a quick trip down to the Hard Rock since I've never been there before. I really like it! First off, getting there is easy because it isn't right on the strip and you don't have to deal with strip traffic. The inside looks great, there's good music and plenty of options to choose from. I plan to go back soon to try out the food there.
