Waitress was nice...food was slow! We were the only patrons seated (other 5 or 6 people at the bar) and took over an hour to get food...not what it used to be. Maybe dinner on weekends better than middle of week after lunch...good luck.

Saying this place had the worst costumer service I've ever seen doesn't even begin to discribe the problems here. We walked in and stood at the bar and when the server asked us what we needed then cut us off 3 times to pour other people shots. Once we finally got in our order after 15 mins took another 5 mins to get them too us. But we only got 3 of the 4 drinks and told she's be right back with the last drink. After another 15 mins we asked her about the last beer she brought it to us 5 mins later. The only thing I can say about this place is the beer was cold.

The bartenders were great and my drinks were good...I came in at 12:15am and wasn't able to order food from waitstaff so my sister, cousin and I had to sit at the bar. Their food came out fast and mine took awhile  (it was just wings) but the food was good. I enjoy Hard Times and I will definitely be back
