I've been a few times now and I'm let down every time. First time, my water glass was dirty. You could feel the grit on the outside of it and the water tasted funny. Second time, same water issue and the lettuce for my salad was mostly wilted and soft. Gross. This time, we had a group of 6. The waitress got everything wrong. Food took forever. We barely saw her between. She asked if we were ready to order and we said yes and then she wandered to other tables for a few minutes. ??? We ordered cheese sticks and never even got them. Ordered the quesadilla appetizer and it came after we got our main meals. Except for one of us. We all had our food and our last person who had just ordered the chicken tenders appetizer got his food literally 15 minutes after the rest of us. We could hear waitresses yelling about orders. I've been to another Denny's in Bedford PA and it was excellent. I hate when people want to go to this location, it's dirty and terrible. Our waitress went to take a break halfway through our stay and when she came in she clearly smelled of weed. We all smelled the faint odor. Not a good restaurant. Staff needs to go. Front and kitchen staff.

Absolutely horrible service. The worst service I’ve ever had. Here from out of state and always look forward to Denny’s, because it’s something that my hometown doesn’t have within 50 miles, but this was just absolute disappointment. The server had an “idgaf” attitude from the start. Waited over 45 minutes to get eggs, French toast, and a sandwich. When the food finally came, the server just plopped it in front of you as if you were a dog. No words, no nothing. Actually, my dog gets much better service come to think of it. The food was mediocre at best. Edible but definitely unlike any Denny’s I’ve had across the country. Server never checked on us and I had to call over to get a refill on my drink after trying for 15 minutes. It then took over a half hour to just get the check and get out of there. All in all, an hour and a half for breakfast foods... don’t go here unless you want horrible service, mediocre food, and you have a lot of time to burn.

It's very reasonable in price. You get seated pretty quickly if its not a Holliday. The foods good. But the kitchen is not staff well to often the food takes a long time to come to the table.

Terrible, Terrible managment. (I originally made this review 2 years ago but not only did it sound like an essay but I put in the wrong place..oops..)
We had been to that Denny's previously, but it was never as bad. Not only did our order take forever to arrive, but my grandmother's food was messed up. To be honest, the best thing was my chocolate milkshake. The bathroom was disgusting AND the hand sanitizer was soap. PURE SOAP. My pancakes didn't come with my meal even though they were supposed to. The lady who was serving us didn't care one bit.  She was not a good employee.

Always come here and it's always very good. They get the order right and sometimes if it's busy there's a small delay but that's not always a bad thing. We just bring something to do!!
