The particular herders has to be the fun eat group of people that ever found each other.  They mess up everything, the drive thru is mostly wait at the line type place.  You pretty much have to babysit them.

I really wouldn't even give them a star. Waited at least 30 for my food and they didn't even get the order right, and it's not the first time it's happened. The staff is very unprofessional and dont even greet you. The place is horrible.

Had to wait 10 minutes for 3 biscuits and 3 hot apple pies at 9: 30 am. Biscuits were on sale?  Downtown....should have known better

I come here all the time and especially about 6pm and there dining area is nasty. No clean tables. Bathroom looks like a disaster. They are slow with orders and there's flies all over the place and employees standing around and playing around. This Hardee's location is a joke. I won't eat here again. They need to have a regional manager come by here at night to see what nightshift does and all the playing around that employees are doing. This place is going down hill. Now the Hardee's on Oaklawn Blvd is way cleaner than Hardee's downtown Hopewell. Please clean up this Hardee's if you want customers to keep coming back. Thanks

Got my order wrong twice staff is childish and on the phone while talking to you dropping your food service sucks ass.
