Very unfriendly staff . I've been several times to this location and I'll not be returning . I used the drive through and when I approached the window the girl was wearing earrings that said b***h and was rude on top of that. They always forget something so make sure you check your bags thoroughly or you will end up short . When I approached the second window to get my food they ask what I had ordered ,  I had to sit for over 10 minutes for them to get everything straight and had to read everything on my receipt for them so they could get our food . Don't they have a computer inside that tells them that? Food was not made properly.

At 1:35pm Friday...Snail pace service; weak, sugar water tea; empty ketchup dispenser; cold cheese, dry, shoe leather burger.  I gave it a 1 star just because the fries were hot and the restroom was clean.

Dinning room tables and chairs not clean. Chairs everywhere. Dinning room had not been serviced for hours. One toilet bathroom had toilet paper all over floor. Both large rolls of toilet paper felt damp!!!!!! Toilet paper is so thin only 4 inches can be pulled off at time!!!!! Wait for food was a bit long. We had to go back and wait for a sauce only to realize they had also shorted us a thing of fries and we had to go back up and wait again. Probably will never visit this Wendy's again!!!!!!

Horrible experience. We were met with scowls instead of smiles from two punks at the drive in window. Paid with a $50 bill and exact change, yet had to wait 10 minutes since neither had the password (I presume to the register?). These two showed absolutely no understanding of customer service - I suspect one was 'training' the other, but neither seemed to know what to do, nor care about the long line of cars backing up, except to shut the window and turn their backs to us. When we decided enough was enough and demanded our money back, we were told 'too late, the money's already in the safe.' And when we suggested they need to learn what customer service was, we were met by foul mouthed cussing (in front of our young kids). We pulled forward and asked to speak to the manager - explained what happened and she said she was the cause of the password delay (because she was in the bathroom). Judging from her expression, and from all the other negative reviews, I doubt anything will be done to address the problem with the hired help - who not only didn't give a receipt but gave the wrong change and I had to point it out to them. The food? While the fries were decent, the cheeseburger was just disgusting. There used to be a time where you were held accountable for your actions ... hopefully Wendy's corporate will think about cleaning out the trash at this place.

Couldn't hear the girl on the drive thru. Fries were completely drenched with grease and cold.
