Service at breakfast was fast, but the sandwich and burrito were actually dried out to the point the tortilla was crispy. Need to work on making their food to order.

This place was great when it opened but has continued to go down hill. Food soggy, squished, usually the order is wrong and just overall dissapointing.

I was just here, trying to get food before going to the airport for my flight. I had to leave without my food and without a refund because I was sitting for fifteen minutes waiting for my food. Upon ordering, there was no line in the store, but I asked the woman at the till how long it would take to get my food. I was informed that it was 'only a couple of minutes.' For the rest of the time there I watched the employees move with snail speed making orders. They were also unprepared for their day and they were running into the back to get patties and buns, which I would expect to be done during the opening shift at a restaurant, not at noon. By the time that I was fed up and left, my order hadn't even reached their screens yet. I was very dissatisfied with my experience here, and I was left hungry due to their proficiency at being a fast food restaurant.

Made an order was taken incorrectly then wouldn't rectify the problem wanted me to pay more money for the order I was all ready given plus the difference for the correct order I won't return to this venu for a long time if at all
