This is the funniest subway ever. I somehow managed to wait 3 hours and 18 minutes for my sandwich. I then sat there amused as I watched people get in line. I considered warning them of the wait ahead of them. Giving them the opportunity to cancel their plans for the day would have been the nice thing to do I suppose. Instead I watched as a steady stream of people entered the line as a steady stream left the line. It would be hard to calculate the amount of money this subway is losing due to the extreme incompetence of the staff. There was one girl that was just sitting there as the other made sandwiches! I assume that she worked there because she was wearing a uniform and behind the counter but to be fair I am not sure that she was alive as I don't recall seeing her move.

Extremely slow. Poor customer service and employees are disrespectful and do their job halfway. Sandwich was awful and I asked for salt and pepper and the big guy just tipped the shaker and moved it across the sandwich once leaving me with very little. When I asked for more he asked if I wanted him to "take the whole lid off" no i want you to pay attention to detail and do your job all the way.

Horrible customer service called because the lady messed up online order completely she told us it wasnt her problem then hung up when called back asked for her name and managers name and number wouldnt give it then proceeded to tell use fu** you then hung up again

Very inefficient. SUPER SLOW. The guys stood by the microwave waiting until the sandwich was done.... diligence was not seen at this restaurant.

Extremely slow service, unclean, did not make sandwiches to satisfaction. Used way too much dressing so sandwich was soggy and papper wrapping was soaked. The people behind us got tired of waiting and left. Will not be going back.
