Service was terrible. Wanted more BBQ sauce, only got one for my tenders. Got the window shut in my face before I could ask for more. Couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for more. Sat for several minutes at the drive through, holding up the line. Had to finally knock on the window to get her attention. I didn't know what else to do, then she got an attitude with me. Won't go there for lunch anymore. Takes too long and they are rude.

I ordered a simple combo meal and it took 28 min to get my meal to go standing in restaurant. And was never offered an apology or courtesy card or coupon. No management around @around 5:55pm - 6:23pm.

Really like the food, and frequent the store in Bay Springs, MS often.  Today, however, we went for breakfast.... sat at the drive-thru speaker for about 5 minutes before we were asked to place our order.  Another 10 minutes spent in the line.... watched two customers drive off without getting their order.  Finally got our food only to find when we got home we were missing part of our order!!  The service at this store is pathetic!! The only employee that keeps things in order and moving correctly is Bertha Bradley!!  It has been my experience when she's not
there, you can count on extremely slow service and a messed up order.  It happened earlier this week to a friend of mine too.  She ordered and paid for 3 sausage with cheese biscuits... the cheese was left off all three biscuits!!  The district manager needs to step in and get some people in this store that want to serve... not just draw a paycheck!!

The food is mediocre and the service at this one is extremely slow!  In particular, the drive thru takes forever!  I do not eat here.  The only reason I went is because my husband asked that I pick him up a Frisco burger.  He enjoyed it,  but overall I am very dissatisfied with most of their food. I would rather get a burger from the Sonic or Wards in town. I absolutely HATE their burgers!

The food is excellent but the time consuming wait and lack of worker motivation makes repeat visits a labor of love.
