The food meets this chain restaurant's standards, but the service is unacceptable. They will not ask for your name or give you a receipt. This means you'll have to fight other customers with similar orders. Very rude staff overall.

This was the only restaurant with a play place we could find while driving through. My 2 year old wanted to play so badly and burn off some energy. But the whole play place was filled with pre teens! It's was chaos....at least 10 to 12 older kids! At first they were going around my son but then they started pulling him, pushing him, blocking him from going through the tunnels and slides and making faves at him (why would big kids want to pick on an innocent toddler)?? Anyways I pulled him out and told the manager what was going on and he said the big kids are allowed at a certain height. I told him they far exceeded this height limit but he didn't care one bit and said he wasn't going to do anything. Messed up. Just warning other moms of little ones in this area...

The employee by the name of Monique is extremely unpleasant. I guess it is not true that all Chic fil a restaurant's have great service because her customers services skills are horrible.

If I could rate no stars I would. 2 students were just arrested for making the food unsanitary for the past few weeks. They were caught on video putting defecation and fluids into the foods and drinks. This just makes me ill.
