About

The Hardin County Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a donation center, Resale store and a fundraising function of your local Habitat For Humanity office. We are open to the public.

Story

We accept donations of servicable furniture, appliances, tools, household items and building materials, which we then in turn, sell to raise funds for construction of homes for Hardin County families in need.

Mission

Habitat for Humanity builds simple decent homes for Gods People in Need. We find the land, the family, and the funds. Then we build the house, nurture the family and sell the house to the family on a 25 year interest free mortgage. Our goal is that the family will remain in the house for the term of the mortgage, after which time they own the home and the equity. And the King said: "As you have done for the least of these my children, you have done also unto me."

Products

We have windows, doors, chandeliers, light fixtures, bathroom sinks, cabinet doors, washers, dryers, dishwashers, stoves, tables, chairs, mirrors, small refrigerators, small microwaves, night tables and desks for sale. We also accept donations of items for sale. If you are renovating, cleaning house or just getting rid of old furniture, appliances, tools or building materials, please consider donating them to us for a tax deduction.
