bought earring from this store & try next day and notice its damage take it back to store to exchange it ,young lady told me that she cant take it because tag is off from the earring.tag was in box ..

I bought a new washer and the associate who helped me was awesome, unfortunately that was the only positive part of the experience. I scheduled delivery and was given a window between 1-3. At 3:30 I called and was told that they were running late and that it would be about 4:20. At 4:30 still no washer so I called back and they told me again sorry that they should be there sometime soon. At 5 the delivery company called me and asked for directions to my house. I expressed my frustration that they were 2 hours past the window and this is the first time they contacted me. I told them I didn't have all day and I had things to do. At 5:30 I called the store again and they told me they were in my town. At 6 I called again and was told that they were in my town. I finally called and talked to a manager who called the delivery company. They said I had cancelled and that they would have to reschedule for some days later. I told them to cancel the order completely and the employee told me I would have to come back in the store, when I refused they went ahead and cancelled the order. Them and their delivery people wasted an entire day of my time and couldn't even bother to contact me to let me know that they were running behind.

Sears years ago was a proper department store. Now and for years and years, it is totally passe. They have nothing to offer. Boring, ugly clothes for ladies. Trashy crap for juniors. Substandard shoes. Nothing worth even looking at. I don't bother to go in there anymore as it is sad to see. Once Sears was an iconic store. One of the Great American Family Department stores! Also this location has some of the worst management you can find especially in Jewelry. Lazy and coarse woman in charge who ran her mouth the whole time complaining about her feet and how much she hated her job and being rude to the poor little cashier working under her! No thanks! Will be glad when Sears closes permanently.
