Hargraves insurance messed up the insurance on my vehicle....I was approved and Allstate even automatically drafted my bank account for the premiums....Allstate drafted on July 11, 2017 and then because Hargraves Insurance Company did not submit the proper forms....Allstate canceled my insurance on July 26, 2017.....beware of this insurance agency....if you call they don't return your call....if you pay they don't acknowledge payment and I have no clue where my money went...
I am changing this review because I went to the Hargraves Insurance office and the lady who waited on me was very apologetic and she was very nice but, I still was cancelled by Allstate because Hargraves Insurance did not provide  proof of prior insurance (in which I provided at the writing of the Auto Policy).  Well, at least in person the employees are nice.
