First off, tickets here cost more here than at any other Harkins, and parking is a pain. If you can stomach that, welcome to a beautiful theater. This Harkins has alcohol, a cafe, and an open-air patio. Yeah, it's upscale. Thankfully they have a self-service ticket kiosk, and the line for popcorn isn't bad at all. The seats are assigned seating like at AMC, and they have the fancy lounge feature. Rooomy, comfy, and clean. To me, it's not worth the extra price, but they had a showtime that suited our plans. $14 for one ticket is pretty steep; I will only come back if I have no alternative.

This theater is beautiful - I think a Harkins flagship location - but the staff, particularly the management, could use some coaching to be more responsive to customers. Forgot a shopping bag with the Xmas presents under the seat and realized right after leaving. Since it’s reserved seating, I called the box office with my seat/row # and asked to speak to a manager figuring they could get an usher to grab the bag before the next movie started. The “manager” I spoke to refused, said the next showing had started which was completely bogus, since it was like 5 minutes after the credits finished. I go back a few days later and asked a real manager how come the other one lied about the next showing time and wouldn’t help me. She was like - the person you spoke with isn’t a manager, and your shopping bag is gone which is not our problem. Not cool.

Absolutely beautiful. The architecture that goes into this theater us absolutely astounding. The customer service is very tentative, with employees dedicated towards making sure everyone's experience is exactly how it should be. Harkins already does a great job within the movie industry. But Harkins Camelview deserves awards (if possible), for providing the greatest cinema experience in Arizona.

This is my favorite theater and I've been coming since it was located across the street and then since day 1 of its Opening December 2015, I've been really disappointed in the elevator, or elevators or escalator not working!!! Come on this is an upscale mall and theater.  There was an elderly gentleman and his wife trying to figure out how to get to the parking garage with the elevators not working along with the escalator.😭😭😭😭😭 Sad part is, someone had moved the sign to it appeared the the elevators weren't working period and to top that off the escalator was blocked off and then the baracade open a had so people could walk up and it down it without moving.  This has seemed to be an on going issues, please tend to these issues or you will soon lose a lot of business!!

We waited 25 minutes for previous viewers to come out so cleaners could clean. 45 people lined up standing holding popcorn and drinks for 25 minutes trying to get into a movie that was supposed to start in 8 minutes. Nowhere to sit and wait and balance drinks. No place to put your purse once you're in the theater.
