My friends and I visited this theater on our last day of spring break vacation. We called ahead of time to see if the theater would be okay with us bringing our luggage to the movie as we had to check out of our hotel and needed something to do until our flight. The theater was AMAZING. When we arrived, they took our luggage from us and made sure it was in a safe place. We were all so impressed by their wonderful customer service! Thank you!!

I'm genuinely surprised the seating is not recliners.. with the amount of money charged for just a popcorn, you would think Corporate would upgrade the theater, considering it's the go-to place for the Nearby Resort.   And what's with no Loyalty Cups?  Seriously.. how can you "Run out" of something you advertise... and with no response other than.. Nope.. Don't have any more.  I'll just go back to AMC ..

I've lived in Arizona for quite a few years and me and my girlfriend were excited to see the new Maze Runner which was a great movie but the experience would've been so much better if there would've been kids running up and down the stairs, kicks in our backs and if you look on the floor it looks like a mess like nobody cleaned up and also the most disappointing thing was the sound quality was terrible. 

Horrible experience and never again will we return to AZ mills to watch anything, alot of work needs to be done.

This is the 2nd time this has happened:  I purchase IMAX 3D tickets, but when I get to the theater, I am given IMAX non-3d tickets.

Great movies at i max litttle pricey but with nice big chairs recline nice great screens lots room great snacks lots of movies pick great service why not see a movie big better screen imax a nicer place
