An incredibly smooth, fast-paced program that helped me complete the school all from my own home. There was no pressure. The videos were all extremely helpful when watched alongside the textbook. Dave Harman, the instructor, really knows his stuff. His teachings were more valuable to a prospective agent than any book. He gave insight to real problems and issues that can arise during your career. The Academy was always helpful when I called with questions. They have great practice tests that helped me with my study. Their new website is really nice, user-friendly, and tracks your progress well. I had a great experience!

Newly updated website. Straight forward course material, very kind and helpful staff, overall great experience! I would have liked to see more interactive features but I flew through the course in 4 months and passed the licensing exam on my first try! Wahoo! The school admin recommended some really helpful study aids such as prep agent on youtube which was a life saver! Thanks Harman Real Estate Academy!

Extremely disappointed in  Harman Real Estate Academy, I signed up and paid and after my first lesson the website had several mistakes and I had to call in multiple times. After completing the second lesson I realized how outdated and glitchy their course was.  This was in 2015 and since then I have heard they have updated it and fixed those thing.  Unfortunately they do not have the decency to return any money or even let you take their updated course.  So now I am out the money and looking for a new school.  I would advise going somewhere that the school actually cares about helping you succeed because these guys are just in it for the money.

I had a great experience going through the academy. Dave Harman shares a lot of experiences which helps when learning all of the raw material. There are 43 lessons and they took me anywhere from 2-2.5 hours to complete each. Overall, I would highly recommend their academy.

I went through the Harman Real Estate academy and it's the best around. Dave Harman has more experience than anyone else out there.  If you're looking to get your real estate license i would highly recommend the Harman Real Estate Acadamey
