When my husband & I started the process of finding a new home, we wanted a real estate agent who was experienced, dogmatic, honest, helpful and at ease with himself and everyone around him. Troy brought these qualities and so much more to our endeavor. He knows about real estate especially well. We were really surprised when relating to his knowledge…..it equaled someone twice his age.  He took care of our entire process--- finding the right home, getting the right inspectors, getting the repairs done in-house after inspection, helping us understand the process every step of the way, and being calm throughout the entire experience.  Our experience with Troy was so positive., that I recommended him to my boss whose house was on sale for five months with no bids at all.  Troy was terrific, identifying opportunities that others overlooked. He sold her house so quickly that three of her neighbors asked him to sell their homes. These were high-end homes with a price range of $500,000-$1,000,000. Troy is so versatile that he can sell homes in any neighborhood, at any price.. He understands the needs of his clients really well. He is so dedicated and so knowledgeable that we would highly recommend working with Troy for all your real estate needs.

Troy is excellent at what he does. He was responsive and extremely patient with us during our buying process, going over various options (building vs buying etc.), and was very helpful during a short-sell purchase. 

He never made us seem rushed, although the process took longer than anticipated. Troy made my family feel like we were a part of his extended family. I honestly believe that we would not have been been this successful in achieving our goals had we not had Troy as our real estate agent.

I would highly recommend Troy to whomever is looking for a patient, tech-savvy and knowledgeable real estate professional. In the end, we are grateful to have gained a friend.

Troy is a true professional. He is extremely thorough and teams up with real estate professionals that are equally committed to providing high quality services.  Troy helped me when I relocated for work from another state to purchase a home.  Not having any personal living experiences in my new area, I was extremely nervous about making the right decision.  Troy alleviated my worry, and though I was not his only client, he gave me the time and attention as if I was.  He methodically identified what my needs and wants were and provided expertise perspective on the community.  He found the perfect home for me! Through the years and many life changes later, it's still the right home for me! You cannot go wrong with Troy in your corner, and I highly recommend him to all my friends and family that are looking for real estate services. You will not be disappointed.

Troy was excellent.  I met Troy through a referral from a friend.  Troy gave my wife and I a presentation on what services he could provide and let us make the decision if we wanted him as our agent.  After the presentation, it was an easy choice to select Troy as our Real Estate Agent.  He suggested some ideas we could do to make our townhouse stand out for potential buyers.  We listened and sold our house for our target price within two weeks of being listed.  Troy also helped us look at new houses until we found the one.  Troy made the process of purchasing our dream home easy.

We are so happy that we chose Troy Williams at Real Estate Professionals to help us find our first home.  He did a great job of explaining and walking us through the whole process.  He was very responsive to our needs and we really appreciated that he pointed out the pros and cons of the homes we looked at.  We never felt pressured and we always felt that he was trying to help us find the home that was right for us rather than just making a sale.  Troy always responded quickly when we had questions or concerns.  He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.  He was a pleasure to work with.
