My mother died and they forgot to send the flowers I had ordered (and paid for) to her funeral and were very unapologetic about it. They gave me a refund, but it didn't compensate for their incompetence. They're very unreliable. I'm surprised they're still in business.

Harmon's and Barton's provided floral design for our wedding in October and we couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for all they did. Danielle was so helpful through the process in pulling together the design based on my vision, providing quotes and amending it based on our budget needs, and for preparing everything to make the day of the wedding so easy. The flowers, bouquets and arrangements were so beautiful and I'm still using some of the wheat and lavender arrangements to decorate my home. It was everything I had hoped for and made our venue stunning! Would highly recommend them for any event :)

Danielle was so accommodating when I contacted her about our wedding event.  The flowers were spectacular, even the guests commented.  I am so happy that I ignored the few negative reviews.  These are the "go to" people in the Portland area!

Classic or unique, H&B's has always been able to create the perfect arrangement or bouquet for the occasion.

I always get my flowers for my wife from here.  If you just want flowers go to the supermarket. If you are buying flowers for the one you love come here. Yes, you will pay more than the grocery store, but the increase in quality far exceeds the cost.
