Tonight was by far the worst experience I have yet to have at any grocery store. I had a large cart of groceries. I pulled my reusable bags that I have already paid for out of the bottom of the cart, I one reusable bag, with 7 reusable bags stuffed inside. I got to the register, and I handed the checker the collection of bags. He looked at me and asked me if I paid for the reusable bags. I was caught off guard, but I responded with yes. He pulled a bag out of my collection and it happened to have a tag still on it. He asked again if I was sure that I bought my reusable bags. I repeated again that I had paid for the bags. He then responded with, "We ALWAYS take the tags off when we sell them." I asked if he was insinuating that I stole the bags. He said no. I asked why he continued to ask. He said because if you paid for them you wouldn't have the tags on the bags because we always remove them. I told him they were in fact paid for, and I don't inspect the bags to ensure the tags are removed. As we were having this conversation, I ended up bagging 90% my $175 dollar order. When I come to Harmon's I am paying premium price. When I pay premium price I expect premium service. That was not the case tonight. I was harassed over 3 $0.75 bags. I easily spend $1,000 per month between groceries and gas at that store.... I won't be going back.

I love this place, but they need paper towels in the bathroom. Air dryers don't work for everyone. If I have to touch the door to get out, you should have paper towels.

Anytime I go to Harmons everyone is friendly and willing to help me find stuff they have an awesome salad bar and Deli and I will keep going back.

Went to get gas this morning at the harmons fuel pumps. And I was greeted by the older gentleman who was working the pumps I believe his name was ray I'm not sure. He asked me how I was doing, and sparked up a nice conversation, then he proceeded to clean my windows and invited me to sit down as he would finish filling my car up with gas. This man definitely made my day. He went above and beyond and deserves to be recognized for it. The past 2 years I have been going there for gas I have never been treated as great as I was today and I really appreciate his Great customer service!

Incredible staff and beautiful store. Kind and knowledgeable associates, great quality products and friendly faces at every turn. This store really does the best for it's employees and customers alike. A++++!!
