I cannot begin to express what a great time we had. Service was hands down the best I have had in many years at any place I've been to eat. Houston is an amazing server and on his A game the whole time. The food was amazing steak cooked perfectly, spaghetti was awesome and portion size was impressive. The atmosphere was by far one of the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Harold's, and Houston we had an amazing night.

When we first moved to the area we enjoyed going to Harold's. Our last few visits I would have to say that the servers seemed like they didn't even want to be there. Items were dropped on the floor and we personally witnessed all employees walking by these items 12 times. We then said something because there were some elderly people eating and WE didn't want to see them slip and fall on the way to the bathroom. It then took another 10 minutes for these items and the floor to be cleaned. We did sign up and attend the Luau and had fun. The food was well catered and there was a good selection. The entertainment was a joy to watch.

Great place! Great food! Our waiter was great! I think his name was Charlie? We love the atmosphere as well. The chicken and green chili omelette was my favorite! We will be back!

Walked in, no hostess near the door, no sign directing to wait to be seated.
Walked into the bar and took a seat. Amazing experience to be the "invisible man" ignored by the bartender and two waitresses in an almost empty room. Waited ten minutes and left. This place used to be something, now it's just a place to drive by on the way to "Big Earls".

Service sucked. Bartender claimed keg tapped out & he didn't have key to change it. Asked another bartender who was able to give us the beer we asked for.  He then ran my card against someone else's check. Was out of 3 out of 3 menu choices we ordered. Was EXTREMELY expensive: 3 people, 3 salads, 2 beers each 86.00. Won't go back.
