Love Harold's, but this store is cash only. They will not drop the food until you pay for it so phoning in an order is useless. Service is poor. How is this place still open?

I am new to this area and was excited to see a Harolds Chicken so close. This place was a disappoinment though. The chicken did not taste fresh and it was not hot.  Also, I usually like a lot of sauce, but this was drowned. Tried again on another day and time, but same result. No thanks, I'll stick to Matteson or 167th.

Online out says they close at 10pm, I get here at 940pm and he tells me they closing NOW 20 minutes early oon a Friday, and if I want something the only thing that's available is a 4pc wing or 3 tenders. Terrible! That's not what I originally wanted. I can't stand places that do stuff like this bad for business, definitely will not come back to this location ever again.

Food good. Don't bother about calling a order in....you'll still be waiting. Horrible customer service.

I had stopped going here because of the rudeness and the food was nasty but something musta happened because the last couple of time I've been it's been A1.
