Clean, well kept fast food joint BUT, as is with many such places the staff generally lacks motivation and attention to detail.

So I downloaded the app at 2:26 placed my order at 2:32 app said it would be ready at 2:40. I get there 2 min after and not only do they not have my food ready yet but they just start making it, dropping it. And don't have the professionalism to apologize. And off point before i told them why I was there. i tried the first time an she closed the window in my face. then asked me again what did I order. SMH if and ONLY IF it wasn't the closest to my house I guarantee I would never be back and never recommend anyone to this White Castle Matteson, Homewood, new Lenox, the middle of the sun would be more professional then here. And I will be calling corporate
