I purchased a car from Miss Harriet Sally late August. The very same day it rained very bad the car was leaking water so bad I got soaking wet through the front windshield. I immediately informed Miss Harriet she told me to bring the car in and she would get it fixed. Miss Harriet sent me to GMC on Laburnum. The car was supposed to been fixed a few weeks past it rained again same thing. Call Ms Harriet again she sent me to GMC again the car was supposed to be fixed . Weeks went by my husband took the car to the carpool water poured in side the car again. Wasn't able to make it to Miss Harriet that week but luckily it rain the following week more water came in the car. I went to Ms Harriet again she got the car she said she was sending it somewhere else gave me a loaner to check out. Went back the next day said the car is fixed took the car home rain again same occurrence. Took the car right back Miss Harry gave me another loaner to see if I like it while my car is being serviced. Try other options on trading the car in was able to get another car but it was going to cost more money. My problem is Miss Harriet new before she sold me the car that it was leaking because her words to me was when I brought it back the first time it's some valves of the top of the car that be clogged so she had me to think it was a simple fix. I don't know how long this car has been leaking but now I'm looking at possibly molding. Mold is a silent killer and it seems as though she's not concerned of that. The car is paid for to miss Harriet so it seems to me that's all she cares about. I thought Miss Harriet was a good stand-up dealer that stands behind her cars. I could have gone to a replicable dealership got a brand new car and one that's not a lemon. I am so unhappy on how Harriet Salley Auto has treated me. Initially I was so very happy I sent the friend to look at a car who said she will be going back the first of the year. Now I have to tell that friend and others whom I know in need of a vehicle don't go there because they don't stand behind their goods. I know their job is making money but at what cost. If my family get sick for riding in this car that could potentially have mold in it because it smells earthy then what. I urge everyone who's looking for a vehicle to go to a replicable dealership one who would stand behind their good. I can't explain how disgusted and hurt I am on how this company treated me. My next step it's 12 on your side to let everyone knows what this dealership is selling. Ms Harriet didn't tell me about the leak on purpose because she knew I wouldn't buy it. God don't like get overs and I felt she got over on me. I'm sure she wouldn't like it done to her family or herself.

Amazing. Great people personable service.....  Harriet would do anything she can for you.... And her brother Aaron just as wonderful. Amazing people i will never go anywhere else.

Our experience with Ms. Harriet Salley was truly amazing.  She is not only  professional, but she is also a woman of her word. We highly  recommend doing business with her.  You will not be disappointed.
