I order groceries from this location and it's always a pleasant experience. The shoppers find great substitutions for missing items and they're always polite and funny on the phone. The delivery people though, I commend whole heartedly. They're so nice and polite. Especially the elder tall man and the lady with her own cart! Just lovely people all around.

Never thought I would go to a supermarket so much. Bar with 16 taps of craft beers, huge Boars Head meat sub sandwiches, great breakfast bar, decent pizza, decent chicken wings. Buy some crab legs at the seafood section, ask them to steam them - take to bar and eat them while watching Football or Hockey. What more could you ask for

Very disappointed in my recent experiences with multiple Harris Teeters. It seems the illusion of a full stock takes precedence over accurate product (price tag) labeling. After having just purchased a similar looking but very unsimilar tasting green (and ruining the whole recipe) at this Harris Teeter, which had been intentionally placed there incorrectly by the produce staff to fill the empty spot when they didn't receive the actual item on the last shipment and didn't even bother to change the price tag label to reflect the layout modification, I was very frustrated with this location and refused to go back. I decided to try the new Harris Teeter store at Brier Creek instead in hopes that they valued accuracy more than their appearances (or, since they were new, perhaps wouldn't feel pressured to fake looking better) but found the same case there as well. Rather than trusting their signage this time, I had the manager on duty paged to confirm my suspicion that the same poor company practice of intentional consumer deception was being committed there also. As a consumer, I rely on produce signs/labels to choose the right item when many of the greens look very similar and have no markings on the individual bunches. If a product is mislabeled as another similar-looking item, and the individual product has no tag or number codes to differentiate it, how is the consumer ever supposed to trust that they're buying the right thing? Only by relying on the price tag label. So when this system is regularly and intentionally manipulated at corporate's demand in an attempt to make the store "look fully stocked", the customers are the ones who are manipulated and hurt by the result of these mindless corporate decisions. Once again, another prime example of corporate idiocy that cares more about its looks that its functionality for the consumer. The manager on duty was both powerless to change the store's corporate mandate to partake in this fraudulent practice and apathetic to the negative effect it has on his customers. If I can't trust that I'm buying the right thing, I simply won't be a customer anymore. I'll take my family of seven's business somewhere that respects my time and money and doesn't play manipulative, petty games about the illusion of stock. I'd much rather see a few holes of missing items, which is completely normal, than to have to wonder every time if I'm wasting my hard earned money on the wrong item. Until corporate sees the flaw in this appearances-over-functionality mandate, replaces it from the top down with a consumer-focused alternative, and personally apologizes, I will go out of my way not to shop at Harris Teeter ever again, and I'd advise you all to do the same.

It's a nice store, has some nice boutique additions in the deli area. Choices for most products are more plentiful than most places. A bit pricier, but not too much. Good meat. Good produce.

A real pleasure to shop here. Every associate I have interacted with has been helpful and friendly. This is the third Harris Teeter I have visited in the area, and my favorite. The store is clean and organized and, frankly, enormous for a HT. They also have an impressive beer and wine aisle.
