This is a fantastic neighborhood store. If this is your store and you live in this area, you know what I am talking about. From the manager to the newest employee, this place takes care of you. The family experience is fantastic. These folks will get to know you and meet your needs. The sales are some of the best I have ever seen. The prices in this store are always fair, the sales are almost daily on different products, and the staff is the most accommodating and friendly I have ever seen.

The bakery lady.. beautiful dark skin and smile and red frame glasses was amazing... extremely friendly and helpful...looking for gluten free cupcake as a birthday treat...she went above and beyond in so many ways... give her a raise!!

Selection, Service, Prices, & Pharmacy is THE best! I've NEVER had a less than excellent experience at this location. Wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Gene, in the pharmacy. He's always SO friendly, and went out of his way today to help me. I had a prescription that, after my insurance, was going to cost me $125!!! Not cool, right? Well, Gene helped me to find an online coupon from the manufacturer and you know what I have to pay now? ZERO!!! He didn't HAVE to do that. Coming from someone who has been in sales & customer service for 20 yrs, I expect the best . . . and that is exactly what he provided - SUPERB service!!! I do the same for my clients, and I cannot thank him enough for going that extra mile. I know he didn't do anything for me that he wouldn't do for anyone else, but I , on the other hand, make sure I give credit when credit is due. I am a regular Kroger customer. My Grandmother was a longtime employee and faithful customer to Kroger in Toledo, OH. She was actually the very FIRST female to ever be allowed to work in the meat department in Kroger. This was many years ago, when women's rights aren't what they are today. She actually had to file a complaint with Kroger, along with 10 other women, to work in the meat department. She never did it for money or notoriety. She didn't even boast about it. Ever. I actually didn't even find this out until this past summer, 20 yrs after she passed away. So with THAT said, my Grandma was awesome and she'd be proud that I am now, also, a faithful Kroger customer. Thanks again, Gene. You are the epitome of what customer service should be. Rock on, my friend!
