Always rude. Never busy, but somehow you're there for hours. Made my child feel very uncomfortable. Should probably switch to adult dentistry. Doctor Harris himself is great. Did I say how rude they were?

Dr.Harris and staff were friendly, kind and efficient. Everyone made sure my already apprehensive 3 year old daughter felt comfortable and happy.

Your scheduling is the first impression of you practice. If the lady I spoke with today is a true reflection of you practice, I hate that you see children. Very rude.

I was not thrilled about this appointment, and am frustrated to find out that most dentists don't allow parents to come back with their children, while it may be better for the kids I would like to know who is working on my child, especially when my child can't talk or tell me anything!  Having the door shut on my face however isn't why I give a poor review. I called ahead to ask if the dentist felt comfortable working with children with autism, and he said yes, when I got to the office they called him back for his 1st appointment with the dr. the Nurse said, he needs to come back alone, 5 min later they come at get me and say he won't lay down and they need me to come hold his arms down, looked at his teeth and said, ok, we'll see him in another 6 months...if he ever needs a cleaning we'll sedate him for it.  That is the reason I went to the dentist was so that he could get a cleaning, they didn't even tell me how his teeth were or anything.  I will not go back to a dentist who does nothing!  I also hear that the Anderson county dentist lets parents go back with there children...hope he is a good dentist too!

I had to take my four year old to a dentist to have her front tooth repositioned.  I had always used my dentist for their cleanings, so this was the first time I needed a pediatric dentist.  Even though I was not his patient, Dr. Harris got in touch with me during non-office hours, and scheduled her appointment.  I was thoroughly impressed with the work he did and the care he showed.  I understand why he does not want parents to go back with the kids and I understand.  I also realize this is a fairly common practice among pediatric dentists.

Great job, Dr. Harris!!!!

Also, the office staff was wonderful as well.  The only thing I wish was different is that they would file my insurance claim for me.  But, that won't keep me from taking all my children to him.
