I only leave reviews when a business is extraordinarily good or bad. These guys are the best. They've built a great business in Kernersville.

Car looks like new, but missing personal items I visited this past Thursday (May 18th) for a $125 detail. My car looked great - like new. I was astonished to find the engine had been cleaned. Wow! I did not know it was included. It looked fantastic. A wash and wax with cleaned engine, wheels, tires, and interior was a big pride booster for my ride. Hart 2 Hart even took the time to clean out the glove compartment, center console, and door storage - and cleaned them well. However, a few items went missing: $18, a USB adapter (possibly two), and part of a phone mount. These are just items I noticed as definitely missing. Other items might be gone as well. Had I known the storage areas would be cleaned, I would have emptied them myself prior to dropping off my vehicle. To be fair, clearly posted is a sign warning that Hart 2 Hart is not responsible for missing valuables. This still does not make it okay for personal property to end-up missing. Given that most of the missing items were mostly worthless to anyone else, these were likely set aside, misplaced and never found their way back into the car, then later thrown out. These items can be easily replaced - no worries there. The cash that went missing was actually a $20 bill. But, two singles I'm sure were not mine also mysteriously found their way into my property bag collected by Hart 2 Hart. This missing cash is what I am most unhappy with. But, I'll chock it up to an unwarranted tip.

They did great job on the inside but my white van was still dirty when I picked it up. $150 to still wipe black residue off the outside of the car? When I called the owner he acted like I was bothering him and said it would be $1000 to wax the car and get all the black residue off. Um, not happening. I will not be back. I might as well go to Golden touch and get ripped off for $20. At least it's only $20 and not $150. Update: I just paid a guy my wife works with $65 and the car looks brand new with no more black residue because he actually hand waxed the car like these guys should have in the first place.

As a local business advocate - it pains me to right a poor business review. Our van is up for sale and already clean. But, I thought a wax job and cleaning some carpet stains would be good. I took our van to Hart2Hart on May 26 to price a full detail. Will, the owner, looked it over thoroughly, and said it's not bad at all. I pointed out my carpet areas of concern in the rear, bottom seats folds and along door jams. "No problem, they'd get it cleaned up." Minimum charge since it was in good shape - $150. I took it in on June 8 at 930 am. Will didn't remember me. He gave it another thorough inspection, and agreed $150. He would call me when it was ready. Finally, 30 minutes before closing, our van was ready. Upon inspection, the carpet stains were all still there. Will said they had scrubbed them but they were set in and wouldn't come out. I hated to hear that. I paid and left. Will said to leave the windows open to let it air out that night. I got home and found the rear floor soaked and two dripping, soaked towels sitting on my bag that I had left in the back. A broken piece of window trim molding was laying on the back floor. As I cleaned up the wet floor, I took a clean towel and wiped the carpet stain that Will said wouldn't come out. To my surprise it came out easily on the towel. The more I rubbed, the cleaner it got. Looked like not much effort was spent on the stains. Next day, I took the van back and spoke to Will. I wasn't angry or upset. I honestly expected to return later and have him finish cleaning the carpet. I showed him the stain/dirty towel and he immediately got defensive. He said that is was dirt that had drained from pressure washing they had to do because the van was so dirty. He should have charged $250 because it was so dirty. I again showed him all I did was wipe it with a towel. And, he got loud -"You cleaned it? You clean it? No - I cleaned it!" He turned and walked away, waving his arms in the air. Then he turns tells me to move my car, and says he's too busy to deal with me." Pic shows what they left.
