Every other time I come here there is something wrong. It eats my quarters at the vacuum or I pay for a touch free wash and it only washes the underbelly (nothing else), leaving pink soap all over my car. There's no one on duty to assist you or give you money back. There is no number posted to call about a problem or repair. I only come here because it's close to work, but I think I'm just done.

I always use the drive thru wash and it does pretty well

The automatic wash didn't work the best

I decided to use the drive thru car wash and paid $5.00. I had my daughter (4) and my son (5 weeks). It didn't rinse off my car. I went to the storage rental place beside of the car wash to see if they knew who owned the car wash. Our conversation went as follows:
Me: "do you know who owns the car wash?"
Her: "why? What's wrong?"
Me: "I went through the car wash and it didn't rinse off my car."
Her: "You must not have been on it right".
Me: starting to get a little aggravated with her "yes ma'am I was I don't see how else it would have put the soap and wax on my car".
Her: "You said it didn't rinse your car? Well I don't know what to tell you. Everything else worked so the water should have worked". 
Me: 😲 "well it didn't because my car is still covered in soap"
Her: "well where is your car?"
Me: "right out here with soap and wax still on it". 
Her: "ohh. (Grunts to get up and peer around, does slight chuckle when she sees) oh you have kids".
Me: "Yes..."
Her: "well how about I give you 2.00 in quarters so you can rinse your car off?"
Me: "that'll be fine".
Point blank I shouldn't have had to fight with her to get a little respect and money to rinse my car off. Won't be returning to this trash.
