INTERVIEWERS, please read. The following are my opinions and observations from today's interview with this company at this location. It is not an opinion on the company itself or its products. 

I was cold called to see if I wanted to come in for an interview from my selected online resume posted on Monster. The call was short, but did not entail any details of the company and scheme for interview. 

Nonetheless I gave the benefit of the doubt and attended. You are told to dress nice and are greeted with a long questionnaire to fill out along with 20 some other prospect hires. This was unknown and not communicated. You never actually interview with anyone but simply receive a hour long power point lecture that lays out history, product, and high hoping compensation possibilities.

There was no time for group Q&A, but only in private; probably since it would stir negative outlook. Personally, it was a waste of my time and I feel misrepresented to what I was coming to. It felt like a insurance field commission based sales commission position similar to a pyramid scheme. The people may be nice, but this process and procedure was in my opinion why people are told to stay away from performance based job postings. 

In my opinion I was stray away.
