Love my job.

This company is pathetic. I received an erroneous notice that my bill was past due today. When I called in an automated billing service the company provides, the records agreed with my own records that the premiums were current. However, the online service indicated that I do not have a primary care provider. Well, I received this notice before, and I have indicated a PCP, but they don't bother updating their records. They will charge your credit card for the premium. That is the most important part, right?

I absolutely love it here!  The people are friendly and compassionate.   They are helpful and want to see you excel.  This beats working the floor anyday!  The pay is WAY better than what I ever dreamed!  Wonderful, caring place to work!!!
