I had the misfortune of calling this company because water in my washer was not flowing properly. The rep diagnosed the problem, an overflow tank would fix this and the "hammering", that would cost over $400, but much less if I bought the service agreement. After installing an overflow tank, the problem was still there. Yet, they tried to get me to pay over $400! I refused. The rep removed the tank, but left the machine away from the wall, lights on and no water; he actually left the cover of the water meter off, on the ground. When I called, I was first scolded by the "president" for not keeping the tank. Then, an admittance of a bad diagnosis, the rep would get a "warning". That's it?! An apology for bad service does not address the main issue:To sell a service agreement and unnecessary services seems to be their main objective.

I have been with Hart Home Services for many years.  I find their work excellent and they go above and beyond what is expected.  Chris Rosemyer was at my home yesterday for inspection and he was a very personal and friendly tech.  I enjoy working with him, Joe and Melissa.  They are the most helpful people I have ever worked with.  Thank you so much for you help and support.

My experience using Harts today was exactly what I expected. Mike Leone was professional and helpful. I would recommend Harts to my family, friends, and coworkers. Harts is lucky to have Mike on their staff. Thank you so much.

Excellent  service!  They are very punctual and do great work.  Harts/Estar electric upgraded my main fuse panel, fixed my a/c, and wired an air compressor for me.  I am a happy customer so far.

Hart's is the worse rip-off I have experienced having been born in FL.  They never called me when they were going to service the AC.  They serviced the unit without my permission.  It needed the drain pipe blown out and the pan cleaned.  The bill was over $500.00.  They did not know that I manage multiple rental units in another city.  I called my AC service in this city and he said the service call, which they had said would be $69.00, $18.00 for the gas to blow out the line and then labor. Over $400.00 for labor.  I recommend never using them. If there was a category for Terrible, that is what I would mark.
