Midway services is great.  I called in a panic because I thought I killed my garbage disposal.  I called in the morning and by the afternoon we had Felix come out.  He fixed our garbage disposal and leaky pipe.  He was very knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly.  He took great care not to make a mess.  He wore boot covers as to not track in dirt.  He made what I thought was going to be an awful experience a pleasant one.   Not the cheapest but worth every penny!  Thank you Suzanne (dispatch) Felix and Midway Services!

We needed our a/c serviced at 4am and Midway had someone out within the hour. He was friendly, informative, and thorough. Luckily it was a minor thing and we were very pleased with the service AND the cost..... so much so that we have contracted with Midway to service or a/c twice a year and our hot water heater once a year at a cost that is only a few dollars more annually than my Amazon prime account. So worth it!

I'm leaving my original review, because I want you to know how far this company went to make me a happy customer.
First, they were concerned enough to contact me about my review. I wish more companies did this!
Second, after talking with their manager, they were able to give me a partial discount on the original services. 
Third, I asked them to come out to give me an estimate on completing the rest of the plumbing work I needed done. When they again came in too high, with a little more discussion, we were able to reach an acceptable (to me) cost for completing the job I wanted done.
Fourth, this company has some of the nicest and most competent techs I've met with almost any company.

So, over all, I would recommend this company to anyone, with the caution to not accept the first estimate.

I called this company because I had a leak in a hot water line, and they agreed to come out to give me an estimate at no charge. I should have known there was a catch to that. 
The service tech arrived on time, was friendly and super helpful. He gave me an estimate that I assumed was for the whole length of the pipe. Don't ever assume anything with this company. What I got was a patch of about three feet long change over from galvanized pipe to cpvc. Took him all of about an hour to do the actual repair. Got me financed for the amount of the estimate of $550. Guess you would call me not so smart to go ahead with the repairs. Really! $550 for an hour's worth of work. No itemized bill. No way to question the charges. 
Had they dealt honestly with me (no itemized bill is dishonest in my opinion), I have other repairs that need to be done that I would have had them do. Won't ever deal with them again! These folks are just plain dishonest and out for the money. 
They got one star, because the tech was very friendly and helpful as far as he could be.

Service tech was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The things you look for when you hire any company to service/repair anything in your home. 2nd time utilizing Midway for my plumbing repairs and install. Both times, no problems with the service. Services are priced for the quality (parts & service). Terrance was just amazing explaining in detail and completing the job to my satisfactory. Would def recommend.

I called midway services tonight sometime around 220 am and was told that a technician would call me within 30 minutes to let me know he was on his way. Up front for an emergency call out, you're on the hook for 99 dollars. An hour later I called back, at which time the operator had the tech call me. A half hour later, he showed up and was a nice enough guy. 

By the time the guy showed up, I had disassembled my air conditioner housing and had done all of his troubleshooting for him. The capacitor was bad, and I had informed the operator of that when I had called a half hour earlier. The tech verified that I was correct, the capacitor was indeed bad. The tech then informs me that it will cost $404 dollars to install a new capacitor. So here's the rub, you can buy a new capacitor for less than 20 bucks. I did all the work and the troubleshooting and they basically wanted to charge me over $500 to install a 20 dollar part. 

Completely unreasonable cost. I get that they're running a business. But nope.
