Fantastic installer (Adam) and does beautiful work, but flat rate pricing is not geared towards new installations.  Ridiculously expensive compared to other companies.  Also, they constantly got pulled away from my job to perform service calls to other folks which delayed my addition.

I had an electrician come out as part of a home warranty claim. I unfortunately didn't catch his name, but  I felt that I had been a customer for years rather than just a one-time ticket. He spent the time to find the real root cause of my issue, address other small electrical issues he found along the way, and got all the previous homeowner's DIY issues cleared up.

I strongly recommend them.

As a general contractor, I have used Harte Electric for a number of years when I need electrical work done. James Harte, the owner, is always straight up and as accommodating as he can be. He tries his best to meet my time schedules. His electricians do good work. They are reliable, personable and present well which is important to me when entering my customers homes. They clean up behind themselves. If you need an electrical contractor, I would recommend that you contact Harte Electric.

I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Harte Electric.  I called them to work through some repairs that a home inspector identified because I am selling my house.  I wasn't really sure that everything this inspector listed was correct, especially some of the "code violations" that he found. I needed someone who was honest and trustworthy and who wasn't going to take advantage of my lack of electrical knowledge.  And that's EXACTLY what I got!  Harte Electric is honest, trustworthy and very capable.  I'll never need to look for an electrician again - I'll always call Harte.
