Unsociable and librarians act like you are interrupting them when asking for info. Happened multiple times. On the other hand building is beautiful. What is up with all the guards and policeman? Intimidation for sure.

It has lots too offer I love it from immigration GED ESL etc etc good library but the ASIAN LADY that's work in the entrances desk brings her issues to work and have a nasty attitude she don't know how to deal with young "minorities"..

GREAT library! Gorgeous building, friendly & helpful staff, excellent programs for adults and children and yes, a safe haven for the homeless to come in our of the cold or heat and use the resources.

The worst library I’ve ever been to. Security does nothing about all the loud homeless people making it difficult for others to study. Some of the librarians are very rude and have bad attitudes. The bathrooms are also very smelly and rarely if ever cleaned.

Gorgeous library, beautiful building. We came here for an event and this is one of the only public places that allow you to drink. (According to some guy at the event). It is clean, new and while I can't speak for the book selection per se, just by my observations it appears that they have the latest books. They offer lots of programs, seminars, and you can even get your passport forms done here. It's a great place!
