They have lots of stuff other libraries don't have. But some of the librarians here need a "check-up from the neck up!!" Some of them are really rude and obnoxious! Especially the ones who have been there a long time and obviously hate their job. The library is quiet and clean and a good place to study, just need some people who are better suited to their jobs..

The staff at the children’s department are rude and insensitive. They can use people who are more patient with kids and actually enjoy working with them.

I've been coming to this library for months to study for my medical school boards. And The way these librarians treat anyone that comes to this library is a thing to behold. Such disdain and disrespect. No one is spared. Be it the elderly, kids, or anyone in between. They WILL yell at you. And speak down upon you. Especially the two elder female librarians. Wish I could have recorded each and every one of their flare ups and made a video montage out of it. Happens on a daily basis. And it's quite embarrassing. I guess none of the other librarians have the guts to break it to them regarding their rude behavior. How they still have the job I have absolutely no idea. It's quite apparent to everyone that's witnessed their despicable behavior that they despise their job. If that's the case then save everyone the disrespect and find another place to work. This isn't for you.

I do not have any negative comments 2 make about this place because everyone is kind and helpful.If u leave a message the reference department will call u within twenty four hours.
